I listen to what you need and find what you want!

Born and raised in Gresham, Oregon, I have lived in and around Portland my whole life. My love of both urban and rural areas in our unique NW regions emerges from the life experiences I have had here. Even more, those experiences fuel my desire to share them with others. I demonstrate my passion for learning and sharing by studying everything I can about the real estate market as well as teaching both homebuyer classes and realtor certification classes.

There is nothing I take more pride in than being a complete resource to my clients, friends and family!

For over thirteen years, I have been helping people buy and sell homes. Over time I have built a strong network of hardworking, experienced veterans in various fields too. This network helps me stay up to date with many aspects of the market such as how to obtain special loans and grants for some as well as fosters a smooth home buying and/or selling process for all. Volunteering for various non-profits including the Portland Housing Center, the Native American Youth and Family Center, and Hacienda Community Development Corporation is something I enjoy and learn from too.

Real Estate aside, I have also worked in the Construction/Remodeling fields for more than 10 years. I have experience in trades from the rooftop to below ground and many aspects in between. Those experiences help me determine what repairs may need to be done and how much they could cost, including improvements and upgrades. I have even been known to do some small repairs and installations for clients myself!
