SELLERS:

  • An initial walk-through to determine repairs, upgrades, and "sprucing" to prepare your home for market
  • Create a price strategy valuation to competitively sell your home for the best price
  • Create a detailed marketing plan and put the plan to work via online presence (Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, HotPads, Ebay Classifieds, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and through hardcopy sources (The Real Estate Book and "Just Listed" postcards)
  • Calculate a seller's net proceeds statement. If you plan on using the proceeds to buy another property, I provide great lender referrals so you can get preapproved based on those estimated proceeds
  • My objective is to have the sale of your home smoothly transition into your next move, whatever you decide that is. It is a team effort in some regards but it also comes down to the force of my strong will to get your home sold!

BUYERS:

  • An initial interview to evaluate where you are at in terms of entering the marketplace and to discuss what you are looking for
  • Offer referrals such as lenders, special loan programs and other appropriate resources
  • Search for homes that fit your criteria, set up showing appointments and show you the homes of your interest
  • While touring homes, I educate my clients in regards to vintages of homes, types of materials and systems used in building homes as well as any potential condition or lender issues
  • When ready to make an offer, I provide all the facts available for us to strategically create an offer to your satisfaction
  • I fiercely negotiate and facilitate the offer process to get you what you want!
