- Create a detailed marketing plan and put the plan to work via online presence (Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, HotPads, Ebay Classifieds, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and through hardcopy sources (The Real Estate Book and "Just Listed" postcards)
- Calculate a seller's net proceeds statement. If you plan on using the proceeds to buy another property, I provide great lender referrals so you can get preapproved based on those estimated proceeds
